Fat grafting can make the difference! This patient had a DTI with saline and underwent naturalization with fat grafting to match the left breast. Not only does it cover the look of the implant, but adds a soft layer that radically improves symmetry for unilateral mastectomy reconstruction patients.

Results worthy of a double take! Here is Dr. Hussain's lovely patient who is in her early 70s, but you wouldn't be able to tell! She came in with concerns about the appearance of her lower eyelids. Years of having filler placed beneath her eyes had changed her overall facial appearance. Dr. Hussain dissolved this filler prior to performing a lower blepharoplasty along with a cheek suspension to restore lost volume in her once high cheekbones, giving her a natural and more refreshed lower lid.
