It’s amazing how a balance of your proportions changes the way everyone looks at you. A breast augmentation performed with tastefulness and a natural result also significantly improves your confidence as well as your overall appearance.

Our patient today originally had textured silicone implants placed on top of muscle with another surgeon more than 10 years ago. She slowly developed firmness and was told to massage them. Unfortunately, they continued to worsen and our patient would wear loose tops to hide her breasts from being seen, thinking she had done something wrong to cause capsular contractures.

She heard that she should consider replacing implants after 10 years and decided to have an evaluation. After explaining the process of capsular contractures thoroughly and discussing her goals, we replaced her implants with 425cc moderate plus profile silicone implants, changed them to a submuscular position, and performed en bloc capsulectomies.

Her recovery went very well and now she loves to show off her figure in body-hugging clothes!

Among other things, our patient had such a concern and wanted a refreshed look. She didn’t want to go as far as having a brow lift for fear of not looking like herself. Therefore, lower blepharoplasty was her surgery of choice to remove the excess skin and bags of her eyes.👀

Our wonderful patient sent us a follow up photo after having breast augmentation 14 years ago 👏🏼

A common question when considering breast augmentation is if you are still able to breastfeed afterwards🤱Studies have shown that the ability to breastfeed does not change significantly, regardless of incision choice.
