If you want to manage anger, slow down!
Contrary to popular opinion, trying to "vent" anger thru activities that increase arousal (venting, hitting a pillow, running) is not the best way. Activities that decrease arousal (breathing, mindfulness, meditation) are the most effective.

what are you grateful for today?
I appreciate the people who are patient with me.
Willpower only works for a while. Deciding who you actually want to be is much easier. On New Year’s Day we tend to think about all the bad habits we should kick — which is a great way to get overwhelmed and give up. A more productive pursuit may be to spend some quality time thinking about exactly who you want to be and what you actually value as a priority in your life. You are the only person who gets to decide who you become.
If you look back in hard times is this true for you? It’s important to remember that we are always stronger than we think.
how compassionate can you be with yourself?
Many people are afraid of exploring their emotions but it is only by opening to them that we begin to know ourselves and become truly free.
Spent the time to do something joyful. It’s good for you.
