Thanks to everyone who rocked around the xmas tree with me last weekend. The season is almost over and I am so grateful for all of it 📷

Thankful for so much. Mostly these crazies + the rest of my family and close friends. And so, so thankful for all of my wonderful clients who have helped me turn a little hobby into a real gig. I am very lucky to have found a job doing something I enjoy where I spend time with people I like — I think that’s rare. Let’s keep the party going ❤️

It might be unpopular opinion but I love November session. I love light but I’m not much of a foliage gal. The crispier, kinda dead (🫣) stuff is more my vibe.

And this mom + new baby + big brother moment?! I love it all.

We had to reschedule twice for 🌧️ but then we got the perfect night. And this family was such a joy 🩷

More from this gallery soon but I got so excited when I saw this little built-in bench and cleared it of all it’s things to make room for the shoot. Sometimes houses have the best, unexpectedly perfectly little spots. ✨

To say I dig the senior boys sounds weird but here we are 🙌🏼

They typically hate this process so breaking them down and making them laugh and chat is really an art form of it’s own — and I’m here for it.

(Also, I have been babysitting the first since he was 2 and now I’m old so that’s weird.)

In this full session we had time to play, explore, and experiment. This mom had a vision and we chatted before hand. She brought towels and changes of clothes bc we planned to get wet — and it was perfect. I *love* ideas — big, fun, weird, whatever — and clients who are up for anything, especially in full sessions when we have plenty of time for the magic ✨
