Just a kid who likes to race Ever since Kaden was 3 years old loved cars and watching NASCAR. He's gonna race cars when he's older..." He was right.
My father (Kaden's grandfather) put Kaden on his John Deere tractor at age 3 and had him driving it by himself, maneuvering it around trees in the yard. Since that day he told myself and Meghann that "We have a driver on our hands! For Kaden's fourth birthday we purchased small karts for him to play with in the driveway. He would take chalk and draw out an oval race track and race his imaginary ra

Thanks Reome Photography for all your hard work at Evans Mills Raceway Park
Not much to say about today. Just disgusted about our feature. Just when we think we figured out the car, it ends up being the worst it’s been all season.
Little late on the update this week. Saturday we offloaded and right from practice we were fast. We thought the day was going to go very good for us. We started 4th and finished 4th. We didn't want to push it because top 4 redrew for the feature, so we were in good shape.
Evans Mills Raceway Park had a great crowd for the Meet the driver night. We talked with some very nice people and possibly gained a fan or two.
We redrew and got to start the feature in 3rd, we were very excited about this starting position because we knew we had a fast car. After jumping from 3rd to 2nd then back to 3rd for the first within the first 41 laps we were still pleased with how the car was handling. Then multiple cautions happened and on the restarts our car kept getting more and more loose. By the end of the 76 laps we were so loose it was very difficult to handle. We finished the night in 6th position.
This definitely was not the way we thought this was going to end, but we learned a lot from our mistakes. With the information we recorded throughout the day, and the notes we took, we will be better next long race.
Thanks to everyone who supports us and our sponsors!
🚧It is time for another edition of Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is spotlighting the demolition of the abandoned Jericho Road Bridge for CSX Transportation located at their Selkirk Yard in Bethlehem, NY.
Sessler Wrecking acted as the general contractor for this project, dismantling the 12-span steel bridge spanning over 1,132 feet. The bridge crossed 39 active railroad tracks and a diesel fueling track. During the demolition, we salvaged 1,100 gross tons of steel and excavated and removed 40,000 cubic yards of material. 🏗️
This project presented a unique challenge as access to the active railroad tracks was limited to 30 minutes. Our team effectively managed this hurdle, enabling us to complete the project successfully.👷♂️👷♀️

Saturday night recap:
We started off the with a strong car. Practice went very well and made just a slight adjustment for the Heats. We spent most of the time in between the practice and Heat trying to fix the 2 way radios. Just before going out Robert Warholic found the issue and we were able to get it fix. Thanks Rob!
Started 6th in the Heat race and made our way up to 3rd where we would finish. Car was handling and running good so no adjustments made.
During the break Rob’s ticket was pulled so he won the pie in the face. He would be putting a pie in Kadens face, but he decided it was a better opportunity for Olivia to take full advantage of it. Olivia loved it and I’m sure will never forget this night at the track. Again, thank you Rob!!
As for the Feature, we started 8th. We just couldn’t find any grip on the track. Tried different lines hoping to find something but just couldn’t. We were passed by a long time friend/competitor (Brian Rygielski Racing)with a few laps to go finishing the night in 9th.
We will be back next week to try it again.
🌉 We have reached the midpoint of the week, which means it is time for Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting a bridge demolition project in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. 🌉
🚧 Sessler Wrecking was tasked with the demolition and removal of the US 1 over Route 276. Our crew used saw-cutting techniques to break the concrete bridge deck into movable sections and remove the parapet siding. Once the main deck and siding were dismantled, our bridge experts removed the fascia girders and piers, completing the cleanup process safely and efficiently.
To minimize disruption to travelers, the work was conducted at night, reducing traffic conflicts. As always, safety was our top priority, and this project was completed without any incidents or injuries. 👷♂️👷♀️

In car action from this past weekend at Evans Mills Raceway Park.
Late update from Saturday night. Had a long day. Olivia had a horse show in the morning then we rushed up to Evans Mills Raceway Park for the races. The car was not good all day. We tried something different with the tires and it just didn’t work out all night. Heat didn’t turn out good. Started 3rd and finished 5th.
With another week of a horrible heat finish it put us back in the field starting 14th. We threw a bunch of changes to the car just before going out on the track (Gramp Jerry’s suggestion too) and the car was at least driveable. Worked his way up to 4th but finished 6th. We will be back next week! On a happier note, Olivia placed 3 times in her show …1st place and two 3rd place finishes .
