This summer, our interns, Jacob and Tommy will learn the ins and outs of the Blair operations. They'll shadow our people and lead project assignments in all areas of trucking. They’ll gain skills and valuable knowledge with mentors who will help them navigate challenges and learn valuable insights into the industry. By the end of the summer, they will have built a strong foundation to help them in their future trucking careers.
We are excited to have Jacob and Tommy on board for the summer! Welcome to the Blair family!

“Clayton G. was the Driver Manager for Carl “Cowboy” Suggs when the Memphis terminal was transitioning from P&S to Blair. If there was a load that needed to be delivered on time, Cowboy was the contractor you wanted to entrust the load to. Cowboy has a work ethic that was more prevalent in drivers much older than him. When Cowboy secured and tarped a load, you knew it would safely arrive at its destination. Memorial Day weekend cargo theft is no joke! Be prepared for the weekend ahead. Air cuff and dash valve locks are very important. Use them anytime you’re away from your truck, and always tarp high-value, high-theft loads like shingles. Never drop your trailer, and cover all high-value/high-theft loads if you are on a multi-day run. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are all high theft days for commercial motor vehicles and cargo!

When you receive your load options, our Driver Mangers share load details and send them over to you.

Please ensure your tarp load stays dry. Only your Driver Manager can approve running a load without a tarp. Remember this, and you will cash out every time!💰💵

Congrats to our April Contractor of the Month, Webbie S. Webbie run out of our Indy and has been in the PS Logistics family for over 7 years. He held the bar as a top revenue contractor for April. He continues to be one of our top revenue contractors month after month. Webbie has been with Blair for over four years and has managed various accounts, demonstrating his versatility and willingness to assist with projects or trailer moves at short notice.

What a week for our recruiting department! We spent the first week of May working with the Randall Reilly group. Scott Maldonado and Eric Mann of Randall Reilly held classes throughout the week, teaching a workshopping the latest tools and skill sets in the industry. After a full week of sharpening our skills, team building, and putting it all into practice, our team is ready to bring the best of the best to the Blair family.
