Next Saturday, August 10th, the BAO is hosting a Community Health Faire! The event will be held from 10-2 at the Magic City Acceptance Center and will have free HIV and STI testing courtesy of the BAO as well as other health care services and community booths.

Any testing and information will be free! There’s something for the whole family including exercise demonstrations and food trucks. This event is in celebration of National Southern HIV/AIDS Awareness day and is open to everyone to attend.

Zenergy has an hour’s massage up for auction at the Vestavia Hill Arts Council launch party today! The party goes from 5:30- 7:30 at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal on Crosshaven Drive.

Come out and support local art from the heART of the Vestavia community. Enjoy some drinks and snacks and listen to the band they have set up - all while contributing to a great cause and even learning how to get involved with the council!

The auction is going to be filled with donations from businesses and artists from around Vestavia. I truly hope you can come out and have a great time!

ZENERGY IS TEN ! 2024 is my tenth year in practice as Zenergy Bodywork. I started this practice in 2014, and I have all of you to thank for supporting Zenergy and entrusting me as your massage therapist.

To celebrate this fact I I have posted some photos from throughout the years (guess which photo is the oldest) as well as recent photos of the office space. I'm hopeful to reach more people in the years to come, and that I can play a part in your journey to feeling good & at ease within.

This sage is sustainably grown from my own garden, it is Salvia officinalis (Common Sage) and ready to go into cooking or to be cured until it is no longer green and burned.

Always be mindful when you burn sage, and use a shell or a small plate to catch the leaves as you go through your house.
