Gratitude for the return to self.

We built our yurt to be a safe and sacred place that holds us as we heal and grow. It is a magical, intentional circle of love that we are ready to share. We are going to begin holding monthly healing circles. Our intention is the host a free gathering where we can explore our own healing with open hearts and open minds and connect with each other. We will be loosely following the “healing circle global” guidelines along with our own knowledge and experience of gathering in circles. This is still spiraling in its creation, but will be happening in April and we would love for you to join us.

Join me THIS FRIDAY in an embodied dance experience created to embrace the beauty of dancing in community and explore the power of self-discovery that comes from that dance.

There is simple choreography where we can sense our connection through the movements. There will also be space for you to express your own dance. Weaving between dancing the same moves and our own creative moves, we will always be dancing together.

At the end of the dance, there will be space for sharing what is in our hearts.💕

For so many years, I have worked to convince people to come to my dance classes or invite me to teach in their space. I created a website last year for this exact purpose. I thought, If people can see me, my actions and connect with me through my writing, they will want to dance together. I am letting go of this story!!!, but I want to continue to share my writing, not in an effort to to convince I’m an amazing dance leader, but to share my life experience, be seen and make connection through our common life experiences. I canceled my paid website and now have just a free blog on . I hope those who have connected with my words will follow me over there!! One more story dropped! Thank you 💜
