FMCCS engages community support to inspire learning, enrich teaching, and enhance educational opportunities for all MCCSC students.
Honored to receive this award. The Foundation has been supporting Monroe County Community School Corporation since 1971. First grants awarded in 1973.

Real Men Read is a kindergarten literacy program. The program begins in October and volunteers are matched to a classroom and read 5 times during the school year. We are looking for volunteers for the program.

Yesterday was our Golf FORE Kids outing. What a beautiful day and we have over 80 golfers supporting and celebrating education in our community!
It takes a village to educate the more than 10,000 children enrolled at MCCSC. The Foundation supports educational enrichment and programs that allow our teachers to go beyond.

Tax Credits Available -
FMCCS has been awarded an additional amount of Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credits for the 2023 cycle. The value of the NAP tax credit is calculated at 50% of your donation to FMCCS.
We received $876.61 in credits which equals a donation of $1,753.22. NOTE these credits will be for your 2024 Indiana Tax Liability. Donations for these credits must be received by 3/31/2024.
If you are interested in any or all of these credits please email me ASAP. I will take first come first serve on these.
If you don't know what a NAP Tax Credit is and how it can reduce your Indiana tax liability - I can help with that also.

Real Men Read is one of literacy programs. This month volunteers are reading What If You Had Animal Hair to all kindergarteners. Each child is given a copy of the book. - that is 741 books into the hands of children.
