What trails did you explore today? We got out on Red Tail near Hidden Springs for a nice 7 mile hike. Such a beautiful morning.

Hawkins Range Reserve is one of the newest trails added to the Boise trail system. It features a beautiful parking lot that has a bathroom and signs talking about the area and which direction you need to hike. Hawkins loop itself is a very well made trail that features stunning views of the Owyhees and downtown. Most of the hike is very exposed to the sun with very little shade options so make sure to plan accordingly. Overall this loop has now become a new favorite of ours!

This weekend we were able to get out and camp near Pine, ID. The mountain weather was crisp and beautiful. It reminded us of a perfect fall day. Are you someone that is sad summer is almost over or happy that fall is almost here?

This weekend we got out and enjoyed the beautiful fall morning biking near Blacks Creeks Road. Who’s excited for fall?
