Today - Friday, the November 11th - Western Collective is hosting a Basque Food Pop-Up.

Starting at 5:30 PM (until sold out) we will be in Garden City showcasing our Roasted Lamb Sandwich, Traditional Chorizo Bocadillo, Spicy Txistorra with Pimientos, and debuting our very first amazing Bratwurst crafted by our talented Chef Kyle Harbacheck.

New hours!

Ansots is switching our hours from lunch and dinner to lunch and special events. We will be open from 10 AM to 3 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

Ansots will be offering the space for private parties of 20 or more, while continuing to cater off-site.

The new schedule begins Saturday, June 19 and will continue through summer. See you for bazkaria!

Last night we had our first wine pairing dinner with City Center Wines, and we could not have had a better time. Thank you to everyone that made this event what it was.

We have some crazy hours this weekend in preparation for some caterings.

Tonight - Thursday, May 27 - we will be open with our normal hours until 9 pm.

Tomorrow - Friday, May 28 - we will open for a late lunch at 2 pm and stay open until 9 pm.

And, Saturday, May 29, our kitchen will be open until 2 pm and closed for dinner. However, we will be open until 4 to pick up chorizos for Memorial Day!
