We like to say, Bryan keeps the trains running on time. Bryan originally set on the path to be an attorney and received his law degree at Loyola Chicago, but decided his passion for food, wine and hospitality ran much deeper in his soul. If you’ve had a great experience in one of our restaurants, rest assured Bryan has had a hand in it. We adore Bryan because he’s such a caring and dedicated individual. Our staff and guests feel the same way.
