Terms generally run for three years. We seek to keep our cohort of scholars diverse and representative of as many populations as possible, so we'd love to hear about your interests and experience! The EP Foundations Session is a two-hour online workshop and co-learning space that explores intersectional concepts of privilege, discusses vocabulary and language, and offers an opportunity to learn and share from your colleagues. It is an open and welcoming space for anyone who wants to commit to principles of social justice and learn how empathy can enhance our ability to honor multiple identities and lived experiences. The Equity Partners program is an initiative of ETUDE and the Office of Faculty Development, and is not a training program, nor linked officially to the Equity Team or the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
