If you’re feeling overwhelmed after the election and need an hour to be in community taking care of yourself, please carve out an hour of your time on Sunday night from 7:30-8:30pm for a sound bath with Jess Morris.
The session is pay what you can, no one turned away for lack of funds, but it is capped at 15 and spots must be booked in advance.

Join us for Resonance & Renewal, a soothing sound bath designed to help release tension and restore inner calm. In this immersive experience, the harmonious sounds of handpan, gongs, singing bowls, and gentle percussion will guide you into deep relaxation and meditation.
To make the most of your experience, bring along items to ensure your comfort, such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, bolsters, cozy socks, or warm clothing. The Lab has yoga mats to borrow if you need one.
Allow yourself this time to reground in a serene soundscape.
Vote (it’s not too late to educate yourself on candidates and ballot questions), then take care of your mental health tomorrow on such a high stress day as we wait…

🥵Are your workouts feeling miserable? Are you hydrated?
👎Dehydration can cause muscles to cramp, spasm, and just generally feel like garbage. Low hydration means less blood available for your working skeletal muscles.
🔥 What can we do? Stay on it! Track your water intake, make it fun with fruit or veg or herbs. Our favorite summer strategy is eating our water via watermelon!

Yoga for Humans is a rigorous (but accessible!) power vinyasa yoga class designed to find length, build strength, and establish connection between the body and mind. It is a thorough but gentle full-body workout.
It’s go time for the badass women of MassSpirit soccer! Y’all have been working hard on and off the field and we’re so proud to have supported your cross training at the Lab 🙌
