The first wine we are showcasing is a beautiful Xinomavro Rosé from one of Greece’s most well known families, Kir-Yianni. This wine is made of 100% Xinomavro grapes, which are very well known in Greece. 🇬🇷🏛️

L’ Esprit Du Lac translates to “Spirit of the Lake” which is to showcase the origin of the Xinomavro grape in Northern Greece. While this grape is known for it’s distinct taste of being “Xinomavro” or “sour” & black, it is more of a Provence style Rosé. This is a light bodied wine, with fresh acidity, and notes of peaches, strawberries, & apricot that is perfect for a Wednesday after work.👌🍷
