We are jazzed about all the Spring goodies on the April menu. Main course of Veal loin with Peas, Aji Amarillo, and sauce Béarnaise
The Ghost Elevator - one of our favorite Spring cocktails! This drink features Mattei Cap Corse Blanc (a Corsican herbal aperitif), Sipsmith London Dry Gin, orange bitters, and an Herbsaint rinse. 👻🛗
Loving these beautiful Red Snapper! Raw slices marinated with sour orange, pineapple and green seasoning. Island flavors for this “warm” weather.
