⚠️ Warning: Not all electrical acupuncture devices are created equal! ⚠️

In the US, electroacupuncture devices need FDA approval with a 510K rating, specifically under the BWK product category for neuromodulation and electrical rehabilitation. This ensures safety and effectiveness!

Here's the catch: there are two sections within the 510k section. One for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) units (product code GZJ), and another specifically for electrical acupuncture (BWK).

The concern? Using a device not approved for electrical acupuncture (even if FDA-approved for TENS) could be dangerous. The physics differ, potentially causing electrolysis and harming patients.

Worse, many devices are wrongly marketed as FDA-approved for electrical acupuncture, when they're not.

Here's how to protect yourself:

• Check your device's FDA approval. Make sure it's BWK for electrical acupuncture.
• If not BWK-approved, return it! Get a refund and invest in a safe option.
