Have you been feeling down and out , frustrated, angry or depressed? Do you want to transform your life? Here are a few suggestions that have worked amazingly for me. 1. Make a one day at a time commitment to treat yourself better; body, mind and spirit. 2. Listen to “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louis Hay (FREE audiobook on YouTube!). 3. Ask someone or something bigger than you for help. 4. Ask a professional (like me) for help. Join a free support group of people with similar life issues as you (AlAnon, AA, OA, ACA) and follow their suggestions for freeing yourself of old pain and baggage. 5. Start to eat more real food and let go of fake food and other things you use to self-medicate. 6. Try a new, gentle way to move your body more; Qi Gong, dance, stretching, walking etc (more free videos on YouTube! Try 7 Minutes of Magic). 7. Volunteer to help other humans or animals, take a live class, join MeetUp and see if there are any groups playing games or doing some activities you might like. YOU CAN REINVENT YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE. I CAN HELP!
