Happy National Sons Day x3!! Love my “boys”! Well men at this point. Loved flashing back using facial recognition on my phone. Boy have they grown up!
Logan signed 2 for 7. He could have walked away and decided to come home, but that wasn’t his choice. He signed his life away for yours and mine. 2 for 7 means he is trading 2 years of school thus far for 2 more years of school at the Naval Academy plus 5 years of service to the Navy. 7 years to go!

Back at it after 6 years due to ACL surgery! Yes it took me that long to get brave enough to try again!
My girl doing her thing!! Love my active kids. Jordan ran cross country and track, Logan swam year round, Taylor did football and wrestling, Skylar swam and is now pole vaulting!!
They have grown up with Greg and I doing Beachbody programs and have always been active!
Be the example you want your kids to follow!
I have lost 12lbs doing my new workout, eating better and doing intermittent fasting!
Changing my food options for the next 3 weeks to see if I can lose another 10!!
