There’s copious tagging vandalism around the neighborhood near the art wall. The tagger also has a large piece on the art wall. What can we do?

Awhile back there was a lot of discussion on this page regarding our policy prohibiting self-promotion. The MNC board took this feedback seriously and has partnered with the Manette Business Association (MBA) to allow cross-posting by MBA members to this page to support Manette businesses. One will have to be a member of the Manette Business Association and post on the MBA face book page first. Then that post can be shared to the Manette Neighborhood Coalition FB page. All other self-promotion posts will still be prohibited per our long-standing policy.
Our updated guideline:
Give more than you take to this group. Ongoing Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed. One-time private sale is fine. We allow promotional (business) posts only from members of the Manette Business Association, please contact them for membership information. Spammers will be banned. Note: If people ask for a recommendation for a service, then members who have actually used the service, or local Manette service providers themselves may recommend such services and provide appropriate links.

The May 25th meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission will be hearing comments on a request by Catalyst Charter School to use the Manette Park for their recess activities.
The Manette Neighborhood Coalition is taking a neutral stance on this proposal. Please attend the virtual meeting May 25th to learn more and voice support or concerns.
