West Side Improvement Club

Join us for the West Side Improvement Club Holiday Potluck Dinner at the Clubhouse on Dec 2, 2023 at 5pm.
We will be supplying the Main Course and are asking our members to bring a side of their choice. In order to ensure we have all the fixings, we are asking you to sign up with your side dish.
Each dish should feed 10-15 people.
We are asking for:
5 side dishes (casseroles, salads, etc.)
3 potato items
4 Vegetable sides
5 desserts

This event will include dinner, Decorating the Clubhouse, and BINGO games for the whole family, with prizes!

Tomorrow,.Sunday November 5, 2023, is the last day of our 2023 Holiday Bazaar.
We hope you will join is for 20+ vendors helping you to start your Holiday shopping. Free raffles throughout the event just for coming!
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast with Santa from 10 am -12 pm for only $10. There will be photo opportunities and kids can take home a small gift (while supplies last).
Acapella Soundsations Chorus will be caroling at the West Side Improvement Club around 1pm and they are sure to fill the clubhouse with Holiday Spirit.

The Holiday Bazaar will be open from 9-3pm and the Cafe is open and selling a variety of delicious and affordable food from 10 am - 2 pm.

today is the day! Our semi annual Rummage Sale is happening today from 9-3 pm at the West Side Improvement Club 4109 West E st Bremerton. Nearly 50 tables filled with a wide assortment of a little bit of everything. Today only!

The West Side Improvement Club is joining The Kitsap Foster Care Association Ghost Train 2023. This event is top-rated and has been very popular; in the past 1000+ kids have participated in this one-night-only event. We are seeking candy and small prize donations to give out for the event. Join us for early Holiday shopping with over 20 different vendors, free raffles, door prizes, Brunch with Santa, and more!
This will be a big event and we hope you will join us in supporting local vendors and starting the season off with excitement.

Hello friends and members of the West Side Improvement Club. We are reaching out to inform you of rental price changes that will go into effect as of 9/1/2023. We have not raised the costs of rentals in a very long time, and though we try to keep the cost low, we have made the decision to raise our prices to help cover all the utility increases as well as accommodate the wage increases in Washington State. We hope you will understand, and as always, please remember, being a member of the West Side Improvement Club does have its benefits, including hall rental costs.

-Full day. - 800 ($50/hr for 16 hours, 8am - midnight)
-Full day w/alcohol permit $1200 (62.50/hr for 16 hours - midnight)
-Half day. (8-4pm or 4pm-12am) - $450 ($56.25 for 8 hours)
-Half day w/alcohol permit $600 - ($75/hour for 8 hours)
-Hourly rate $75/hour (4 hour minimum for $300)
-Nonprofit $320
-Member Private Rental $250

This weekend, June 3rd +4th is our Artisan Marketplace Vendor Fair. Join us from 9-4pm to see a variety of wares including but not limited to handcrafted paintings, crocheted pieces, resin art, and so much more. there will be lots of potential fathers day gifts at reasonable prices.

We're so proud of all our neighbors supporting the Masks Now Coalition! We've made contact with leaders in the Harrison Medical community, and they would love to have more masks! If you don't know how to sew, we'd love to have your help making phone calls or arranging deliveries.

Really proud of my club for doing this. Please spread the word that there is now a FREE grab-and-go meal available for ANYONE from 10-1 every day in Bremerton. Just come by the club and we'll take care of you.
