It is a truly an amazing way to connect, ground, and share healing energy. Whether you are a master, or have limited to no Reiki experience, everyone is welcome and has something special to contribute.

You're invited to attend my upcoming Reiki Share on Tuesday, May 21st at 6pm MT. Reiki is a favorite way for many to recharge and refocus. Reiki Shares allow Reiki practitioners to connect with the community and receive some healing as well.

The past year and a half has been a time of reflection and growth for me and I and am so incredibly happy to be returning to this space. I have missed you all! I will be back with an exciting announcement in the next few days. ❤️

Reiki can help those with dementia and other progressive diseases such as ALS and Parkinson’s. Many of these folks cannot come in to a clinic or office to receive treatment making it inaccessible for those who would benefit greatly. Distance Reiki is always a wonderful option and I also offer visits to memory care and assisted living, which adds that connection to another human piece. Please reach out if you would like to talk more about how I can help you or your loved one.

Dementia and Anxiety: How Reiki Can Help When a client of mine was two years old, she was woken in the middle of the night and bundled into the car by her parents. There was a lot going on and emotions were high. She remembers not really understanding what was going on, but feeling very scared. Her parents took her to a house and left her....

As of July 1st I will no longer be seeing clients in the Louisville location. While my office is in transition, I do have a variety of other options available. Please contact me to discuss how I can continue to provide you with care during this time.

Good morning friends! So good news/bad news: bad news is I tested positive for COVID this morning. The GOOD NEWS FOR YOU local CO folx is that I have tickets to the BOTANICA: A Festival of Plants tomorrow (Saturday 6/18) at 3 Leaf Farms in Lafayette to give away.

Here’s what I am going to do:
