Pico De Gallo 🌶

Banana Split Trifle

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix or Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Lg Pkg. Banana Pudding
3 large bananas, sliced
1 ½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 ½ - 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple (or 6 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained)
1 Container - Cool Whip, thawed
1 Jar Maraschino Cherries, diced
½ C Pecans, chopped
¼ cup chocolate syrup
Prepare the cake and make sure it’s completely cooled before assembling the dessert.
Cut the cake into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the pudding mix. In a trifle dish (or large salad bowl) break up the bite-size pieces, using half the cake for the first layer. Top the cake pieces with half of the pudding, half of the bananas, half of the strawberries, half of the pineapple, half of the Cool Whip, half the Maraschino cherries, half of the chocolate syrup and half of the nuts. Repeat all these steps with the remaining ingredients in the same order. Chill until ready to serve.
*Note: When I assemble mine, I don’t allow the pudding to set completely before assembling because I want it to work it’s way in between the cake pieces before it firmly sets.

I'm sure that many people have read the warning letter that shows up just underneath our page. If you notice, it is all about labeling, not the products themselves. Did you know that ma*****na is not regulated by the FDA in Colorado? It should be because it is now in foods and it is still a Schedule I substance federally. However, it is regulated by the Colorado Department of Revenue. Hmmmm, wonder how that happened??? Just follow the money. The political powers that be must have had their fingers in it. Interesting, isn't it?

This morning reiterated to me how much people like the Dandy Day skin care products. I get a call from Nebraska, wanting to know if we still make products, and he was searching online for his brother in law up in Minnesota.
His brother-in-law likes the Aid Creme and the New Feet. This is not a one time event, it continues to happen frequently. It gives credence to good products. Thanks for the phone call...it started the morning off great.

A little history about Dandy Day Corporation' labels
We were coming down Lizard Head Pass into the Telluride Valley back in the 90s and I had a little pocket camera, taking pictures out the window of the beautiful scenery . Since we didnt have cellphonesthat took pictures, we had to wait for the film to be developed. The pictures turned out suprisingly well and one became our that's it for our label.
