It's easy to get into bad habbits when your not inspired. Doesn't mean you have to have the perfect six pack abs or fit in a size 2, its about taking those steps to make better choices and to start feeling better about yourself!

- stop brushing your teeth for months to a year
- stop taking care of your vehicle
- stop cleaning your house
We ALL know what happens right?!?
So why do you think anything would be different if you don’t exercise or take care of your health

Stop believing “un healthy” people on how we are suppose to age!!
It’s honestly crazy to me! Go ask a “healthy” person in their 80s what they are doing, I guarantee it’s healthy nutrition and moving your body!

“Being able to go on a hike in your 70s without hurting.”
“Playing a round of golf without any hip or back pain”
“Going up that flight of stairs to that concert venue”
We don’t think too much of these until we can’t do them anymore.
What we are CHOOSING today, will greatly impact tomorrow
So my question is, what you’re doing today, when you are 70/80… will you be happy you’re doing that!
Ask yourself, “how do I want to move when I’m 70/80/90?”
Do something today that your future self will thank you for!

Just because most people in their later years complain about aches and pains, doesn’t mean it has to be that way!

There’s that 80 or 90 year old that can still move freely. I guarantee they are exercising pretty much daily and eating clean

My personal experience, at least 4 weeks to break a bad habit, 8 weeks to make sure it really sunk in!

Staying healthy during the week and just blowing it on the weekend

All the money in the world won’t mean anything if you don’t have the body or health to enjoy it!

Trust me, take care of your body. It only gets harder, now go and move your bodies!

Mindset is easy to say, but harder to work on! I suggest the second you have a negative thought about something, try and find a few positive things about it..

That is a very true statement IF you don’t do anything about it.

What shifted for myself years ago is, how do I want to move in my 70,80,90s.

How is it that there’s 80/90 year old yoga instructors out there that move better than most 40 year olds.

Well follow what those people do, and be consistent! Not every other day or so!

My thought is, if you teach yourself that mentality...

Etc.... you’re setting yourself up for constant failure because there really is no right time, or the right situation.

Because not everyday is guaranteed.

We live a world of “instant everything” and I believe that’s one of the biggest reasons why someone stops their fitness journey is because it didn’t come fast enough.

I believe when picking a goal, you have to have a proper mindset and know that anything worth value will take some time. -
Video on the left was about 4-5 years ago, the right is me today. Took me many hours of failing for me to finally succeed!
