I honestly don’t even shop for a mortgage anymore because the level of service is so great I can’t imagine going with anyone else. They have an app that makes document submission super easy, the process is crystal clear, communication easy via text and email, and I even had a problem with a title company during my last closing that Kristi and her team overcame beautifully. I’m closing in under 30 days this time, they are so good. I really can’t say enough good things about them, I’ll recommend them to anyone.

Kristi had to have pictures due to some tornados in AR that were nowhere near us for FEMA. A local lender would not need that. I took about an hour of my time to get her those pictures. I don't have a lot of time to waste in my job.
