Borderland Rules and we love them. So, in typical JR fashion, we rented a bus and we’re going to run a shuttle all day Saturday, to and from Knox Park.

The first bus will be leaving Jack Rabbit at 11am, landing at Borderland around 12, then back to JR at 1, and so on and so forth.

Expected pickup times:

Jack Rabbit: 11, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9

Borderland: 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11

$40 gets you a ride both ways, safely and fun!

Three years. Holy smokes. On May 14, 2021, as the world started to pull itself out of a terrible pandemic, we opened the doors to Jack Rabbit. To say it’s been a roller coaster would be an understatement. Without question this has been the greatest adventure that any of us have ever taken.

Over the last three years we have had the privilege of booking hundreds of bands, hosting countless parties, showers, weddings, stags, and everything else you can think of. We have served our friends, families, and neighbors over a million meals and probably a billion drinks. We are so proud and appreciative of everyone that helped us get to this point and continue to support us every day.

We are fortunate enough to still have most of the staff that started with us that day in 2021. They’re the real heroes here. If you come in regularly, you probably know most of their names and they probably know your order. We are blessed to have such amazing people inside our walls, and working hard every day to make Jack Rabbit the special place it is. Special mention to our leadership team along the way Nick Godzich, Anthony Granica, Kristina Schmitt, and Adrianne Salmon.

This photo was taken our opening night. Our liquor license showed up at noon, we opened at 4pm, and this photo was snapped around 11. The band in this photo are our dear friends Grace Serene and the Super Clean who happen to be playing tonight. They work and run restaurants and venues in Rochester and have all been a wonderful resource to us over the years. Having them back tonight seems serendipitous and honestly quite special.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We wouldn’t be where we are now without all of your love and support. Cheers to many more years, many more bands, meals, drinks, laughs, tears, and beers.
