A few months ago I was very unhappy with my figure, lack of energy, and difficulty sleeping.
Everything took so much effort, even simple tasks like:
❌ Going up the stairs
❌ Walking my dog
❌ Keeping up with the kids
❌ Getting in and out of a car
Some days I barely had enough energy to get out of bed.
:( But the breaking point for me was when I almost passed out from holding my breath to put my shoes on.
