UEB 49 Day Challenge
Registration is Now Open $49
Starts Monday August 12th through Sunday September 29th.
Anyone, anywhere can participate in this challenge!
What exactly is the 49 Day Challenge?
49 days committed to
a healthy diet and exercise.
Challengers must pick a specific U Evolve Buffalo approved diet protocol to follow.
Paleo/Whole 30, Tracking Macronutrients, Ketogenic Diet or Carnivore Diet.
Challengers must engage in daily exercise.
Examples; resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, yoga, Pilates, Barre, etc...
There is not a specific duration of exercise time.
Challengers must engage in 30 minutes of daily outdoor activity.
Examples; Walking, Running, Pickle Ball, Basketball, etc...
This does not include yard work, washing the car, etc...
2 Hard Things
1) a completed 24 hour fast done once during the program.
2) a 2 minute cold shower done once during the program
All Challengers will be added to a Group Page on the Telegram App (this is required).
U Evolve Buffalo will be posting 2 weekly exercise videos in the Telegram group as added workout support.
Challengers will also have to complete their Daily Challenge Forms and post them in the Telegram Group for daily accountability.

π CHAMPIONS ARE MADE IN THE OFFSEASON π
This 6 week strength and conditioning program focuses on developing key physical attributes needed for high-performance cheerleading.
Integrating strength training, flexibility exercises, endurance workouts, and agility drills to enhance athletesβ power, stability, and coordination. The strength component includes exercises targeting the core, arms, legs, and shoulders to support stunting and tumbling. Flexibility routines focus on dynamic and static stretching to improve range of motion, jump performance, flyer technique and prevent injuries. Endurance exercises, such as cardiovascular workouts, boost stamina, while agility drills improve quickness, reaction and jump/tumbling training.
This comprehensive program helps cheerleaders build a strong foundation for executing elite routines with confidence.

Join a community of bad ass lady achievers for insightful discussions, lifestyle tips to improve your health, and have your questions answered! The Day/Time will vary. But if you canβt make it, No worries! The group meetings will be recorded for playback!
Daily Telegram Check-ins with Your Trainer:
No cookie cutter meal plans here.
You will have daily access to Jill via Telegram for personalized guidance, and check inβs for accountability. This is also a great opportunity to establish your weekly plan, discover what has been working well, and if any changes in protocol need to be made. This individual customized lifestyle and nutrition plan is a crucial layer to your success!

This beginner level class is designed for teenagers ages 13-17 who are new to working out! We focus on proper form, and safety is the number one priority! We want these young ladies and gentlemen not only to learn how to exercise, enjoy it in their daily activity, well, also making a fun!!
Removing intimidation of going to the school or a big box gym, these private classes, not only teach the exercise, but will help build confidence in their fitness abilities and themselves, as they develop physical and mental strength and fortitude!

Fitness Foundations 8 Week Program
Thursdays March 21 - May 9
Fitness is built from a series of progressive movements.
Learn how to properly execute the movements safely and effectively to optimize your exercise results.
We are going to limit the size of this training group to 6 people to assure everyone is getting the attention that they need to master these exercise movements.
The program is for beginners and anyone that needs a watchful eye on their exercise to improve their form.
Constructive corrections will be made to improve technique and efficacy.
Build the confidence that you can walk into any exercise situation and know how to execute the movements safely and effectively to get the most out of your time spent.
