An often unnoticed element to our little deli adventure. Our pickles have always been the unsung hero behind many of our flavors. Our Reuben takes advantage of their flavor, being a key component of our thousand island (aka Russian drinking butter). The brine is often utilized in dressings as little sneaky acid pops of flavor.
