Dear Friend,

I’m writing with mixed emotions to share some personal news. After careful consideration, I’ve decided to close my salon in Buford and begin a new chapter in South Florida. My last day at the salon will be August 27th.

I can’t say enough how much I’ve appreciated your trust in me over the years. Whether I’ve had the pleasure of working with your hair once or for many years, each moment has meant so much. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story.

Though I wish I could personally see each of you before I go, life’s next adventure calls, and I’ve already signed a lease for my new location in Florida.

However, I want to make sure you’re in good hands. Two close friends and talented stylists, Aaron Seskin and Carolyn Dyer, are available for appointments. We’ve worked together at both Salon 124 and Toni & Guy, and I highly recommend them.

If you’d like one last appointment with me before I leave, I do have some availability this week and next. If you already have a booking in September or later, feel free to reach out at 404-599-2586, and we’ll find a time that works.

I know this might not be the email you were expecting, but I’m hopeful that you’ll share in my excitement about this new chapter. Thank you again for your loyalty and friendship.

I have had more and more no-shows and last-minute cancellations lately and would like to remind everyone of the policies I have in place to ensure I better serve my clients.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE!

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

– Less than 48 hours ' notice will result in charge of $25.

– "NO SHOWS" will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep my appointment schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

Scott Farmer salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
