The City & State have dumped millions into housing and care and we have failed??
How about we send a team out with the shower trucks, give. Them a bath. A meal and a ticket back to their families.
Charity starts at home, families need to step up and take care of each other.
We are being taxed and service charged up the ying yang to provide services for the homeless, mentally challenged and others.
Homeless Veterans can go to WLA every morning and pick up a meal stipend (cash) and instead of using it for meals most buy booze and drugs. Tax payer dollars going down the the toilet. The system is enabling them.
Our Mayors amd Governor see themselves as white knights charging into battle girded in nonstopping money.
Excuse the rant, but I am tired of being a bottomless wallet.

With the continuing rain, flooding is becoming more frequent.
The 5 minute plan originally meant for Fire storms is applicable to rain as well.
