A huge thank you to Living for holding their gift card trees over the holidays. They brought in over $1600 in gift cards for the M.O.M.S. Program!

Announcement!

As announced in the M.O.M.S. Program year-end letter, the Board of Directors has been on a search for a new leader. We prayed that God would lead us to the right candidate. God was at work and pointed us to the person he wants to be the next leader of the M.O.M.S. Program! The Board would like to introduce you to Elisabeth Wilson.

Elisabeth is a Christ-centered, dedicated professional with a commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous learning. Elisabeth’s faith is foundational in her life, evident in her work experiences and volunteer work. She shares a passion for helping moms be successful and achieve their goals.

Her most recent work experience was at Bethany Global University holding leadership roles in student affairs and career services as well as various roles mentoring women in the university. She holds degrees in Strategic Leadership and Counseling, Cross-Cultural Communications, Intercultural Leadership, and a Certificate in Biblical Studies. Elisabeth brings a wide range of skills and talents to the M.O.M.S. Program. She will be fabulous at engaging and directing volunteers to continue the great work done by the M.O.M.S. program. She plans to get out into the community and local churches to promote the program driving engagement and awareness.

In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and connecting with people over coffee. Elisabeth has called Minnesota home for 20 years and loves exploring the outdoors with her three mini dachshund dogs. She is excited to lead the M.O.M.S. program and eager to connect with our moms and volunteers.

Elisabeth started January 2nd and spend the month of January transitioning with Kathryn and meeting everyone involved with the program.

🎄🎁 We Need Christmas Elves to Help Fill Our M.O.M.S. Baskets! 🎁🎄

At the close of each year, we come together for our M.O..M.S. Christmas Luncheon, a time to honor the dedication of all our moms.

🎁 The M.O.M.S. Christmas Baskets are our way of saying "thank you" with love and thoughtfulness. Each mom receives a special basket brimming with small treasures and delightful surprises—items they might not typically treat themselves to. It's a gesture that warms hearts and spreads joy.

🌟 How Can You Be an Elf?🌟
Choose one small item—something that brings a smile—and purchase eight of the same item. Why eight? So that every basket is equally magical! 🎅

🎄 What to Donate? 🎄
The possibilities are endless! Here are some suggestions:
- Small Lotions: A touch of pampering.
- Nail Polish: A splash of color.
- $5 or $10 Gift Cards (think Starbucks!): A warm cup of cheer.
- Small Books: A journey through pages.
- Christmas Candies: Sweet moments.
- Socks: Cozy comfort.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Scott and Vicki Brace and their "Empty Nesters Group" from Hosanna Church, who came with a car load full of food donations to restock the M.O.M.S. food shelf! Thank you for being such a blessing to the M.O.M.S. Program!

We want to say a HUGE Thank you to all that attended and supported Beautiful YOU! on October 14th! What a great event! We raised just over $27,000 for the M.O.M.S. Program!

Thank you to Ron Achterkirch and his friend Al for providing the M.O.M.S. Program with a portable greenhouse that will grow fresh vegetables all year long so that the moms and families in our program will always have access to fresh produce. We appreciate you!!
