Cranberry Township Pickleball Association is a membership organization that is part of the Cranberry Township Parks and Recreation Department.
Our outdoor home court is at Graham Park, off Rochester Road in Cranberry Township.

Anyone accidentally pick up the wrong paddle? This would have been around Christmas (give or take a few days)….
CTPA member, Gail Beck believes someone accidentally picked up her IDENTICAL PADDLE (see pic). Her initials (GB) are on the paddle…. It “feels” different and she’s like hers back.

CTPA’s own Joey Jones was just in Indianapolis doing the APP collegiate championship.
Joey served as second ref for the gold medal match on Center Court!! This match will be aired on CBS Sports network on Monday night 1/8/24, at 9 PM ET. Be sure to watch!!

CTPA's own Joey Jones will be the Lead referee for the Men’s Pro Singles Gold at the APP Houston tournament this morning!!! Quang Duong vs. Roman Camron.
There will be a live stream that starts at 10am. The Men's Gold Medal match will be the second match of the day.

NEW REFEREE TRAINING CLINIC
Clinic is specifically designed for serious members wanting to referee.
Clinic will be held Wed & Thu November 15-16 [9am-3:30pm]
Clinic will be instructed by a USA Pickleball Certified Referee who will teach introduction, RULES and best practices for referees. Clinic involves classroom instruction, as well as
ON-COURT time.
It's a great way to give back to the game and to be able to referee CTPA events, AS WELL AS other sanctioned events, locally and across the country.
Registration is now open in Court Reserve.
Registrants will be supplied more information and reading material beforehand to prepare.
A nominal cost of $10. Additional material will be supplied during training. Fee will be collected at the first meeting in the Cranberry Library, Franklin Room

CTPA MEMBERS DOING GOOD IN THE COMMUNITY
The Hearts of Steel of Pittsburgh host an annual Dragon Boat Race at North Park! Each boat holds 16-20 people.
This is a fundraiser for breast cancer research!! A team of fellow CTPA members took 1st place, proudly accepting gold medals.
CONGRATS!!! Looks like you guys had fun celebrating afterwards! WAY TO GO!!!

CTPA’s own Joey Jones is the Tournament Director for this upcoming local and FUN Pickleball Tournament benefiting Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh’s “St. Joseph’s House of Hospitality”.
It’s a low-stress, big-fun opportunity to support older men who are without shelter or at risk of losing their homes.
We would love to have CTPA teams representing!!!
ROUND ROBIN FORMAT most (if not all) matches will have a referee! Single games to 11 points, win by 2!
WHEN: SAT Sept 30th (Men’s & Women’s Doubles) and SUN Oct 1st (Mixed Doubles) 3.0-4.5!
LOCATION: PISA (Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena) 22 Rich Hill Rd. Cheswick, PA 15024
ADMISSION: $60/player (single day) or $75/player (both days)
SESSION TIMES: 8:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm
