Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Being an Irish Catholic, I gotta say - this is probably one of the best mini feasts we have - and one that's been fully embraced by all Americans!

Sidenote: Did you know St. Patrick was actually initially a slave for six years in Ireland before returning to Scotland (his homeland), becoming a priest, and returning to serve the people of Ireland who had initially enslaved him?
