Starting Position:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold a kettlebell with both hands at chest level, close to your body.
The Squat:
Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.

Returning to Start:
Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
Maintain control to engage the muscles effectively.

Boost Your Knee Health with Wall Sits + Heel Raises!
Hey-O! 👋 What's up, everyone?
Struggling with knee bursitis? This pesky inflammation can make even the simplest activities feel unbearable. 😖 But guess what? There's hope!
🤩 Introducing Wall Sits with Heel Raises! 🤩
This power-packed combo not only strengthens your quadriceps and hamstrings but also works your calves to give you an extra edge in stabilizing that knee joint.
📌 How To Do It:
1. Stand with your back against a wall.
2. Lower down into a wall sit position. Make sure your knees are at a 90-degree angle.
3. Once you're comfortable, lift your heels off the ground, shifting the weight onto the balls of your feet.
4. Lower your heels back down.
5. Aim for 3 sets of 10-15 reps.

How to:

Summary: Place a Swiss ball between your lower back and a flat wall, then stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower yourself into a squat by bending your knees and rolling the ball down the wall, making sure to keep your knees above your ankles. Push back up to the starting position, rolling the ball back up the wall, to complete one rep.
Focus: control at hips and knees while engaging the core

Swiss ball wall squats can be beneficial for knee pain relief for several reasons.
First, they promote proper alignment of the knees, hips, and lower back by encouraging a more controlled squatting motion, which reduces stress on the knee joints.
Second, the exercise engages the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, strengthening the muscles surrounding the knees and providing better support to the joint.
Third, the ball provides a tactile cue for maintaining posture and depth, preventing sudden jerky movements that could aggravate knee issues.
