It is with great sadness that we share that our studio will be closing at the end of September. As you are well aware, the past 18+ months have been a real challenge for small businesses and boutique fitness studios in particular.

We are so incredibly grateful for our amazing BMC community and will miss seeing your faces in the studio. Thank you for your loyalty and support over the years - we appreciate each of you so much.

The studio is fully operational through September 30th, so please come join us for class! We know many of you love practicing in this beautiful space and we’d love to see you.

Stay tuned for information about our liquidation sale. All equipment and furnishings will be sold and we have some beautiful items and quality equipment to offer you.

Everyone starts somewhere! We had some wonderful past clients join us today for the first time in awhile and boy was it fantastic to see them! On Saturday mornings we invite pregnant mamas to bring a friend or family member (pregnant or not!) to come take our Prenatal yoga class together! Learn to balance and fly! Join Laura for an in depth discovery of the invigorating benefits of getting inverted! During this workshop, we will begin with a vinyasa flow to strengthen the body and find proper alignment for our inversion practice. This workshop is perfect for the yogi ready to grow their practice. We will will start with our foundation and build from there so all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome! Get ready to feel the power of flipping upside down and choosing to see the world from a new perspective – one filled with strength, lightness and fun!
This sixty-minute class is truly the best of both worlds. The first half of class includes a warm-up and flow that focuses on building heat and opening the body through mindful movement. The second half of class incorporates traditional yin postures to deeply stretch the body, release the tension we often hold in our muscles and joints, and open the pathways in our energy body so energy may flow freely. Class will end with a short, restorative meditation and savasana. This class is not heated!

This sixty-minute vinyasa-style class is a great way to change up your routine! During class, we target a specific area of the body and incorporate this area into every movement. This class is accessible to practitioners of all levels, and while challenging, is a great way to learn proper alignment by targeting certain zones of the body. Both throughout class, and at the end of class, counter poses and stretching will be incorporated to release and recover these targeted areas. This class is not heated.
