We’ve met some really amazing people over the last 4.5 years in Carmel, Indiana.

Today, we had someone visit for the first time that said they were intimated to try a class. Doing something new. Not knowing the vibe at the studio or how the teacher would interact and if they would fit in.

And guess what? They loved it. They kept up with the class. They left feeling great. And, they fit in.

Saturday August 24th at 1pm we will be holding a donation based class for Riley’s NICU. All proceeds will go directly to Riley. Expect a gentle flow with many variations to welcome all levels to class!

This class is in preparation for their Superhero Fun Walk on September 7th. The walk and class will be raising funds to support developmental care initiatives for current patients at Riley’s NICU.

“I thought I’d take one class and that would be it.”

Jon now has taken 61 classes at YogaSix Carmel. It took him almost 6 months to take his first class, but once he did, he was hooked!

Since November he’s been regularly making his way to his mat and has seen MAJOR improvement with his balance, flexibility and his overall health. Jon has even brought one of his good friends to the studio to share practice and the patio with!

If you see Jon or Ed, say hi! The patio is a great place to meet new yoga friends!

Ready to take a class? We have many beginner friendly options including our 101 class on Sundays at 12:30pm, which Jon will tell you, this class kept him coming back to his mat!

Meet Shannon!

Shannon joins us after a small break teaching yoga, she was certified 20+ years ago! She is an IU grad and has survived three teenagers. 😂 She loves to stay active and does competitive weightlifting with USAW. And most importantly, she has two sausage dogs that she refers to as the loves of her life.

Practice with Shannon on Tuesdays at 4pm for Power!
