Hello, Forkers! We would like to sadly announce that this Sunday, August 13, will be our final weekend open for business at Carolina Beach. We’re circling the wagons around the heart of James’ Fork n Cork legacy and will focus on the original downtown location. So come help us go out with a bang and enjoy 25% off all food and spirits! Hello Forkin Friends! We will be holding a celebration of life for James Smith Monday, August 7 at Smoke on the Water from 5-9pm. This is open to any and all who wish to attend. Come have some beverages, appetizers and bring your best stories! All 3 restaurants will be closed just to p**s him off a little. 😉

Friends and family, Smoke On The Water will be hosting a celebration of life for James Smith on Monday, August 7th, from 5:00-9:00PM open to the public.

It’s a beautiful day to stop in and have a cocktail or a delicious burger.

We are open our normal hours today 12pm to 10pm. Stop in for a burger and a drink! In honor of our leader and what he would tell us every week “Hold it together, and let’s just get through the week”

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we had to say goodbye to our Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend today, James Smith. We are closed for observance and mourning tonight and will be open tomorrow to serve the city and people he loved…because he wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank You all, Dustin and Family.

Brunch until 4pm. We have Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas on special all day. Even Barbie and ken stop in for a drink.

We've had quite a few requests for us to add this one to the menu permanently so this week we bring you the Monterey Turkey Burger. It's an 8oz Ground Turkey Burger flavored with Basil and Red Onion. We top it with Monterey Jack, Crispy Bacon, Alfalfa Sprouts, Avocado, Tomato and a Fresh Basil Mayo. Let us know if it should get a spot on the menu.

It is an 8oz All American Beef Patty topped with White American Cheese, Blue Cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Firecracker BBQ Sauce, Crispy Onion Rings, Pickles and Red Onion. Don't miss this one, it went really fast the last time we did it!!! I tend to try and stay politically neutral when it comes to business but I'd like to take a moment and thank all the people in both our country's past and present who have fought and sacrificed for what they believed in.
It's important to remember that it might not be perfect or exactly what one might think it should be for them but damn it we have it pretty good here and should all be very thankful for that. Ok...I hope that didn't ruffle anyone's political feathers too much.
