By allowing animals out to foster during the 4th of July it offers our animals a calming home environment during the peak firework hours. While also giving the Care Center much needed space for animals that come in during that time. 🐾

Supplies and doggy are provided to you with only needing a loving home and open heart to help a shelter dog ❤️

Our care centers saw a 35.5% spike in feline admissions last month, and these cool cats are ready to party their way into your heart! 🐾✨

All 7 LA County Animal Care Centers are waiving adoption fees for cat ages 1+ for the remainder of June, including microchip, spay/neuter, and vaccinations.

(Please note, adopters are still responsible for license fees and trust deposits, if applicable!)

MEET MEMO (A561546)

Memo is a 8 month old 40lb male Basset Hound who was originally brought to the Care Center as a owner surrender on 3/15/24, due to the owner having too many animals in their care. Memo is currently sharing a kennel with another dog and has been getting along well. He is also a staff favorite.
