The Fayetteville VA Coastal Health Care System is hosting an Access Live Veteran Community Care Information Session on TODAY, June 20 at 5 p.m. Veterans who are currently assigned a primary care community provider are encouraged to participate.

Of course, the event is open to all Veterans interested in learning more about Community Care in Southeastern North Carolina. This virtual session can be accessed via phone or online.

We are excited to announce that our Veteran Service Satellite Office will be open starting Tuesday, June 11, 2024! The satellite office will be open on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 9am to 4pm. No appointment necessary, just walk-in!

Over 200 Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) from NC.dmva and counties across the state are participating in the NC DMVA Spring Conference. Several leadership meetings, training workshops and networking sessions were held in this multiple day event.

The mobile Vet Center is set up and ready. They provide confidential help for veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non- medical settings. Services include counseling for needs such as couples and family, grief and bereavement, mental health care, PTSD, and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma. They will be in the parking lot of the Ag building in Carthage until 1pm today. 707 Pinehurst Ave, Carthage.
