🦋⭐Practicing for hips health is the paramount for any female out there. Adding for quad and hamstring activation with increasing weight and drop sets - 450 lbsmax and going down.

💯🦋How I feel about working out. It is the most peaceful te.of the day, it is means my breath, no thoughts, clear mind and living in the NOW.
🦋💯Time has a different meaning, it is NOW and each second is like a stretched time capsule.
🦋Achieving the is a process that requires- PATIENCE, DISCIPLINE, TRUST and BALANCE.
There is NO quick fix - it is YOU doing the work and believing in yourself that is possible, enjoy the journey.
There is always something:

✅to learn,
✅ to progress,
✅to overcome

Fitness became my lifestyle and not just a simple boot camp challenge or a 12 week program.
I became a better person by challenging my BODY and growing my MIND.
I learn HOW to👉👉👉
🙌 to Fail
🙌 to feel Pain
🙌 to feel Struggle
🙌 to fight my MIND
🙌 to be patient
🙌 to listen my BODY and others
🙌 to do the work
🙌 not every day is a good day
🙌 to not to give UP
🙌 I have it in ME all this time

This is the REAL👉 me learning my limits and challenging my BODY to get stronger.
My hip thrust repeat of 425lbs this time took everything out of me, but I was determined to get it DONE.

My face says a lot, on how I felt inside, being all focused on how to move my hips and push through this heavy load.
I had a moment of clarity when you are ONE with your BODY and then the shock of that electric moment sets in.
You did it 💪🥰🥳 and you feel it 👀

My Story

Finally, I am here today sharing my insights to better your life with small changes to gain control of your BODY and not the other way. You are the one making the decisions to change your path, and I am here to help you. Believe me, when I say if I could do it with good days and not so good days by training for a 50k run with a planned fitness routine YOU can do it too. With my certified fitness knowledge combined with personal experience, I am the right FIT to design a unique routine that FITS only your Lifestyle. The Fit Phase gives you positive results in looking Healthy and full of energy.

I am so thrilled to share my story with You so You can join me finding your Fit and Healthy Balance.

I have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer in November 2016 on my yearly screen mammograms. Hearing The Big C word is not uncommon in my family, but definitely felt too soon and too real. With the support of amazing friends and family, I made the big decision to undergo double mastectomy. Surgery after surgery, to be frank about four in one year, I felt more fatigue and just a prisoner of my body. Guess what.... I am a young woman in my thirties, and not being able to drive properly my car, brush my hair, cook, unload a dishwasher or even hold my son was very depressing.

As soon as I got cleared from my doctor to get active, I made a decision to listen to my body and approach a balanced healthy lifestyle. I made three healthy choices: get more sleep, reduce any unnecessary stress in my life and eat more plant based diet. On my fitness condition I made the decision to gain strength in my arms and back to carry this heavy load of new foobs. By the way, if someone tells you they are easy to carry...that’s a lie. These foobs are so heavy on your skin and on your back which eventually create pain in your lower back and neck. Slowly I made small goals on getting my flexibility back and training my muscles to support the heavy load on my chest. I start walking more, being more outdoors and finally made a goal to run a 50K trail race in September 2018, which I finished :)... with my doctor consent of course.
