What a busy few weeks...Between seeing dancers in the gap between the end of ADC finals and upcoming YAGP finals, we've had the pleasure to work with the Martha Graham Company last week, Ballet Trockadero this week, and Raleigh Dance Theatre this weekend!
Feet are the foundation for all that a dancer does. Both mobility and stability are essential for artistic expression, but dancers often find they have an easier time with one than the other. Hypermobile dancers benefit enormously from stability exercises to prevent injury, improve balance, and execute jumps and turns with flair. Often deceptively difficult, stability is often the key to pushing a dancer’s performance to the next level.

Who We Are
Carolina Dancer Wellness is a non profit organization that serves the dancer community through low cost or no-cost on-site educational, injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation programs.
We also provide an interdisciplinary network of healthcare professionals and community partners and offer financial assistance for healthcare needs.
