🚨🚨EATING OUT!!🚨🚨

EATING OUT!!!
WAIT…. You aren’t perfect?
WAIT….. You ran into something unplanned?
WAIT…. You didn’t get your meal prep done?
WAIT…. You travel for work so you are on the go all the time?
WAIT…. Your friends and family want to go out to celebrate something?
GOOOOOO….. remember we are teaching a lifestyle, NOT a deprivation diet!
We now things happen, things come up and things are out of your control at times! It’s NOT a reason to GIVE UP, it’s a reason to “ADJUST”!
Of course we don’t recommend this all the time….. but these are just some ideas when you find yourself at a restaurant during your 8 day. The sooner you realize you can change your “lifestyle” rather than your “plans” the better you will do long term!

Fajitas are my go to at Mexican restaurants. I ask them to skip the chips and tortillas. I don't even want them on the table. I love lettuce wraps at our local deli/grocery store.

Most places there's a meat plus veggie option or a nice salad(just watch the toppings), keep it simple! Always substitute your fries/potato/bread/grain for something green and low carb!

chick fil a cobb salad with grilled chicken and ranch! Its amazing and so filling

salads....grilled chicken... fish... with fresh veggies

Taco Tico taco salad for me! (ask for it in a bowl and not the crunchy bowl it comes in)

I usually do Chic-Fil-A grilled chicken nuggets

KFC grilled chicken breast

Arby's rotisserie chicken, broccoli, sweet potato-no butter(if in a pinch on an 8 day). Gotta watch sodium, but better than getting something crazy.

salads with grilled chix (hold the bread and croutons) or a meat dish with veggies on the side..also love places that make breakfast foods loaded omelettes.

Granite City has an amazing Simply Salmon dish that comes with broccoli and rice

Chipotle is another great option burrito with brown rice and chicken

Bella Luna's hummus with cucumbers

Wendy's no bun I feel is the best option. But I have no problem going out to dinner in ordering broiled cod with salad

Chicken sandwiches! Fajitas with no tortilla are my FAVORITE even when not an 8 day!

I went out to Red Lobster the other day (Day 4) and had wood grilled shrimp, salmon, and steamed brussel sprouts...easy peasy

Zaxbys side Caesar lettuce only and 2 dry grilled chopped chicken breasts on the side

Chilis fajitas or sirloin and broccoli

Grilled chicken sandwiches and ask for no bun

Ruby Tuesday spinach salad topped w grilled salmon

Sodium free Mrs Dash taco seasoning, turkey meat, lettuce wrap with some avocado. I didn't eat out but my dinner was BOMB!

Chicken or shrimp fajitas are hard to beat.

I have a chicken burrito made without the tortilla on a plate it's primarily cabbage, cilantro, chicken, and green tomatillo sauce

KFC grilled chicken with double side of green beans

Love me a #12 unwhich from Jimmy Johns!! Usually just order chicken or fish from sit down restaurants with a veggie and no butter!

Chili's....order the 6oz grilled chicken and side salad from the kids menu.

I just found this and thought I'd share.

Avocado egg in a hole
2 eggs
1 jumbo ripe avocado
1 tbsp bacon bits25 cup shredded cheese of choice
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat lightly oiled pan medium-low.
Halve avocado. Remove pit. Slice into ~1 cm thickness. [I store the remainder and turn it into avocado scrambled eggs.]
Crack eggs into avocado halves in pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook with lid ~10 min until yolks starting to firm.
Add bacon bits and cheese. Replace lid ~30 sec until cheese melted.
Enjoy!

THE LOSS OF COLLAGEN AFFECTS THE WAY YOU LOOK & FEEL!
The first signs may be subtle. However, the earlier you start, the more you can do to replenish the collagen in your body to see positive results.

1. Loss of Natural Fullness
Cheeks become flatter while the under-eye area develops hollows. Unless you’ve lost a lot of weight recently, these are probably signs of collagen loss.

2. Joint Pain

6. Weight Gain
The decrease in collagen could slow your metabolism. As a result, you may start gaining weight even if you don’t change your eating habits.

7. Teeth Problems
Collagen plays a vital role in anchoring your teeth to gums. You may start having problems with your teeth, such as pain, sensitivity, and premature decay.

8. Weak Blood Vessel Walls
As the collagen levels decrease, so does the strength of the blood vessels walls. You may experience, dry eyes, headaches, breathing problems, skin rashes and more.

Everyone is freaking out about this recipe so I had to share!! Even the pickiest eaters will love it!

HEALTHY CHICKEN NUGGETS
(Chic Fil-A Copycat)
Ingredients
* 1 lb chicken breasts
* 1/2 cup dill pickle juice (from jar) for brining.
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 1/2 cups crushed pork rinds
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp salt
* pinch pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch nuggets.
2. Transfer to a large ziplock bag and add pickle juice to the bag. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes up to overnight. The longer, the better.
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line large baking sheet with a roasting rack and set aside.
4. In food processor, pulse the pork rinds until they are a crumb consistency. Transfer to a small bowl.
5. Add the spices to pork rinds and fluff with a fork. Transfer the pork crumb mixture to a fresh plastic bag.
6. Remove chicken from the fridge and transfer to new ziplock bag. Discard the juice.
7. Add the egg to the chicken and squish around so that all of the chicken is coated.
8. Use tongs to transfer the chicken nuggets to the bag with the pork mixture. Seal the bag, squish with your hands, and make sure all of the chicken is heavily coated.
9. Transfer the nuggets to the baking sheet. Place them in a single layer.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
I used my air fryer. 350 for10 minutes worked great for me. I served mine with franks hot sauce!
