NPAC Cardiovascular Room:
The NPAC installed more than two dozen pieces of equipment for cardiovascular training. These include treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and a rowing machine.
NPAC Weight Room:
The NPAC Weight Room has two NEW PowerRacks for use as well as a new dual cable crossover machine. It also offers the traditional weight benches, dumbbells, and plate loaded machines for other weight lifiting exercises.
