We are excited to introduce Kathryn Heyden, M.A., BCBA, LBA, a distinguished Senior BCBA at Ally Pediatric Therapy! 🌟

Kathryn's journey into speech and behavior sciences began at Purdue University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. During her time at Purdue, she spent 2 years as a research assistant, focusing on early intervention and LENA speech device testing with preschoolers. Kathryn began her career as a Behavior Technician in 2020 and joined Ally Pediatric Therapy as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician in 2021.

Her dedication to furthering her education led her to earn a Master of Arts in Special Education, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Arizona State University in August 2022. That same month, she achieved Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey.

Outside of her impactful work at Ally, Kathryn enjoys reading, cycling, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Meet Shelby Leinweber, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA —one of the remarkable Board Certified Behavior Analysts at Ally Pediatric Therapy! 🌟

Shelby's journey into the world of special needs support began during her undergraduate studies when she volunteered at a therapeutic horseback riding facility in Phoenix. Watching children overcome challenges and build confidence was incredibly inspiring for her.

After moving to Boulder, CO in 2017, Shelby knew she wanted to continue working with kids with developmental disabilities. She discovered the field of ABA and worked as an RBT for two years before earning her BCaBA. Shelby then spent a year as an assistant to a BCBA, further honing her skills and expertise.

A proud Sun Devil, Shelby holds a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and an M.Ed. in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) with a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Arizona State University. She is thrilled to bring her passion and experience to Ally Pediatric Therapy, where she can continue to support more children and their families.

In her free time, Shelby loves to read, spend quality time with her family, and binge-watch "The Office"!

Anna brings a wealth of experience working with children ages 2-16. Her professional interests include early intervention, augmentative alternative communication acquisition, and naturalistic teaching.
