We will be welcoming two time USA Olympian Evita Griskenas to our gym on Sunday, October 20!

We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to learn from such a decorated gymnast. Evita represented the USA at the Tokyo and Paris Olympics. She is a Pan American medalist and participant of countless world championships. We feel honored that she has chosen to visit us in Charleston and bring her wealth of knowledge to our students!

We love having visits from Olympians ❤️ We have many many beautiful routines for the new season from our amazing guest choreographer, Ms. Morgana. We are buzzing to perfect them and show them off.

We will be welcoming the Olympics by having Ms. Morgana here all next week! She was part of the Brazilian rhythmic group at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. We cannot wait to work with her and show her all the Southern hospitality.

COMING TO JOHNS ISLAND!!! PROFESSIONAL BALLET & FLEXIBILITY CLASSES AND DANCE TEAM!!! Attend our open house this Friday, July 26 from 4:30 - 5:30 to receive two free weeks of dance classes and see what our program is all about! All who attend will be able to participate in a fun mini lesson!

Ballet & Flexibility classes will start Charleston School of Rhythmic Gymnastics on Sunday, August 17! Mini ballet & flex from 11:30-12:30, ballet I & flex from 12:30 - 1:30, and John's Islands first and only dance company will meet from 1:30-3:30. These classes are meant for students 4 years and older. They are a great addition for girls who need to gain flexibility for dance, cheer or artistic gymnastics!

Camp this year at Porter Gaud was amazing. We put on a mini production, An Ode to Aladdin. All 18 kids did a fabulous job and many families were introduced for the first time to rhythmic gymnastics!! What a wonderful week ❤️

Definitely my favorite show we have put on yet!!! I loved seeing all the girls perform && seeing them all have fun after the show. It was SO special and such a wonderful reminder of everything being part of a sport and team can be for kids ❤️

The Little Mermaid 2024 will be hard to beat. Two performances, bounce house, pot luck, kona ice, and a special father day surprise. It was awesome. Thanks everyone for coming and supporting!!! You make it all possible.

This deal is valid for all new students on any of our rec classes. Mini rec (ages 4-6) meets Saturdays from 9:45-10:30 and Rec I (ages 7-10) meets Wednesday from 4:00-4:45 OR Saturday 10:30-11:15 ☀️☀️

All golds for XCEL gold today. So much improvement and one of the judges even found me to tell me Claire put out the cleanest ribbon routine of the whole weekend. So proud of these girls. Also their etiquette is top notch which makes me feel even more proud of these stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everyone should have received an email regarding tickets for The Little Mermaid!

Tickets will go on sale May 7 starting at 9am. One parent should accompany students each day. Friends, full family, and extended family should purchase tickets for only one performance that way everyone who wants to see the show can.

This is a private event. Anyone wanting a ticket will need the link. This is done to ensure the safety of our students.
