We had our final week of Hear Me Roar! We've had some pretty awesome conversations with our Saint Marks KIDS! We closed out our series with a conversation about Daniel's dream of the strange beasts and what it meant. Here was the Big Idea: I don't know the future but I know God is with me!
In Week 3 of Hear Me Roar, we looked at Daniel's interpretation of the writing on the wall. Here was the Big Idea: I can keep learning - God is with me!
Week 2 of Hear Me Roar we looked at Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego's devotion to God and how they ended up in the fiery furnace. Here was our Big Idea: I'm not alone - God is with me!
Week 1 of Hear Me Roar is in the books! We talked about Israel's journey in Babylon and what it means to not gie up. Here was the Big Idea: I won't give up--God is with Me!
In Week 3 of Animated, we looked at Elijah and talked about God's comfort. Here was the Big Idea: God gives me comfort when I feel sad!
This week in our series Animated, we looked at Jonah and how he got swallowed up by a big fish. Here was the Big Idea: God loves me even when I feel ashamed!
In Week 3 of Blast Off, we looked at the story of Peter and John sharing the Gospel. Here was the Big Idea: We can share God's story!
This week in our series Blast Off, we looked at how a group of friends helped their paralyzed friend get to Jesus. Here was the Big Idea: PEOPLE CAN HELP OUR FAITH GROW!

We started our new Kids Connect series, ANIMATED, which is all about the prophets this Sunday Morning! If you missed our conversation, we talked about Jeremiah who even though he sometimes had some big feelings and emotions, he knew that he was always secure because of God!

Week 1 of Blast Off, our Wednesday Evening KIDS' series is in the books! We talked about Jesus visiting the home of Mary and Martha. Our Big Idea was: WE CAN SPEND TIME WITH GOD!
