Myself and the team have created this program as a way thank our long term excellent clients! (Some of ya’ll have been with Dandi Pawz since day 1! WOW!🤩)

⭐️This badge will be given to clients who meet the following criteria:

🩷Client for over 2 years

🩷Maintains regular scheduled appointments of 8 weeks or less

🩷Zero no-shows on record

🩷Less than 3 cancellation requests and minimal rescheduling requests each calendar year

🩷Pays on time

🥳An additional 5% will be given to clients who meet the VIP status requirement.

⭐️Program starts October 1st 2024

VIP Status can not be requested and eligibility will be determined by staff. VIP status may be revoked if deemed necessary.

With the recent news of ANOTHER case of animal abuse in a groom shop, this time in Sarasota, FL.

This is something EVERY pet owner needs to be aware of, especially now since more and more homes own a pet or multiple pets in addition to the rapid expansion of the industry and lots of new franchises popping up.

Grooming is NOT a regulated industry. You don’t need to go to a school, you don’t need to take any animal husbandry courses, you don’t need a mentor, you don’t even need to know what proper tools are required. I even saw a video of someone saying you don’t even have to like dogs to work with them recently (WHAT?!?!)

A person can have ZERO experience and immediately call themselves a professional groomer and start a business. I see it all the time. That’s scary!

So what are some things you need to look for and ask?
⭐️How long have they been grooming? Or what’s their experience?
⭐️Is their business licensed and insured?
⭐️Is their reputation good within the community? How are their reviews?
⭐️Do the majority of pets seem calm and happy in their care?
⭐️Is your groomer transparent about the good and the bad?
⭐️Is the facility clean and well maintained?
⭐️Look at their content if they have a social media or ask to see a portfolio!

And remember it’s ok to compare and shop around until it feels right for you and your pet! But DO NOT base your decision to choose a groomer because of pricing only. Grooming is a very intimate process for everyone involved!

Effective immediately, we are putting a hold on accepting new clients at this time. We are booked over a month in advance with very little wiggly room! 🫠

If you are looking to become a potential client we do encourage that you join the waitlist and when appointments become available we will contact you based on the date your form has been submitted. Please make sure if you join the waitlist you take care of your pup’s grooming needs while waiting.
