Here are a few natural detox antioxidant recipes using figs, kale, melon, and natural sweeteners:

# # # 1. Fig, Kale, and Melon Smoothie
# # # # Ingredients:
- 4 fresh figs, halved
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)

# # # # Instructions:
1. Add the figs, kale, melon, honey or maple syrup, and coconut water to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder drink and blend again.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

# # # 2. Fig and Kale Detox Salad
# # # # Ingredients:
- 6 fresh figs, quartered
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup melon, cubed
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
