**Make a splash and beat the heat with a water balloon fight! **
It's a fun way to cool down and stay hydrated . But remember to stay safe in the summer sun! ☀️
Here are some tips to keep you cool:
Hydrate often with water or unsweetened iced tea
Wear loose, light-colored clothing
Take breaks from the heat, especially midday
Cool off with showers or mist yourself with water
First signs of overheating:
Excessive sweating
Headache
Dizziness
Nausea or vomiting
Muscle cramps
Fatigue
If you experience these, move to a cool place, drink fluids, and loosen your clothing. If symptoms worsen, see a doctor right away!
